Shipping
1. Most items ship out same business day. Some items you will be updated on timeframe. Once an order is made there are no gurantee on cancellations, due to shipping speed most items ship out right away and cannot be stopped.
2. Shipping is FREE over $399 to all 48 contiguous states in the usa.
3. We do offer shipping protection at checkout. As well as prioritized shipping processing as well. Be sure to check these options at checkout to help speed and protect your order.
Terms of conditions: (The usual automotive world terms)
- Warranties must go directly to the manufacturer only, we cannot warranty a product as we arent the manufacturer.
- Fitment issues, trouble installing items also needs to be directed to the manufacturer. However, we will also strive to help in anyway possible!
- Pricing errors as much as we try to stay on top of it may occur and we might have to cancel the order.
- Customer understands that we are not liable for any issue, risk or harm from using or purchasing any product that might cause harm both directly or indirectly. The customer assumes all liablity and risk and by purchasing any products in this store and you agree to those terms.
- For our protection and yours. All items purchased on this site must follow all safety guidelines, local or state govt restrictions or uses. All items sold herein are designed for off-road non public or race only use, show piece, lab test or display items only. The discrection of the customer to do otherwise is solely on them.
- Ā Installation should be done by a professional, research of the install should be done before purchase, once an item is tried to be installed, is damaged, scratched or essentially used we cannot accept a return in those cases. Due diligence and research beforehand is advised.
- All photos on the site maybe generic photos or representations and the color, parts included and other items can be cross referenced with the manufacturer or ask beforehand if you have any questions or things you need before ordering. The part that you order will be however exactly as the manufacturer intended and you agree that you understand that portion of ordering is your responsibilty.
- FREE Advise always. If you speak to a suspensionhouse representative and ask them for fitment advise, or product help. We will always try our best to answer the question, this is a free service of advise. But it still comes down to the customer to understand and purchase at their own risk and to double check everything before ordering.
- We suggest researching and confirming the part # before ordering and double check your order to ensure you are getting the right item and understand what you are getting, if you have any questions on concerns please let us know before you order. Dont always go by the photo. As well ensure you know what you are getting, once an item is installed, we cannot accept a return. So if the item doesnt look right, sound right or feel right. We are sorry we cannot offer a "try it and feel it out" policy. Any manufacturer issues, will go direct to the manufacturer.
- Any exhaust system that is installed, cannot be returned. If the item doesnt fit your sound preference, we cannot help with that as its already been installed and used. Please understand that exhaust sound and in person, online research etc cannot be equated for and the exhaust cannot be resold to another customer. Only brand new in box can be returned.
- Entering the wrong address at checkout, the customer is liable for all losses. We do not have the ability to prevent you from doing so. Double check your shipping adress twice before checking out. Once the item is shipped, we cannot stop it.
- By purchasing you agree to all terms on this page.
Return & Refund Policy:
Any item that is incorrect part # shipped, we will take care of 100%.
For customer error (buy remorse, dont want anymore or ordered the wrong part):
- All sales are considered final. However.
- If we agree to a return.
- Returns must be done 30 days
- Buyer pays shipping back + a possible restocking fee (restocking fee varies 5-20+%).
- The shipping cost that was used to ship the item (the true unincentivized rate) will be deducted from our refund.Ā
- We have to authorize the return and provide you the RMA and return location.
- We cannot accept back any items that are used or installed. This includes, wheels, exhausts and more.
Once item is returned, a refund will be supplied as quickly as possible minus the shipping fees paid on the initial shipment to you. Any wheel that has had a tire mounted cannot be returned.Ā

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18663034125 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other suspensionhouse.com mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
